We had a water leak at our condo. First time I had to deal with a water damage issue. I used Intensa Dry to do the bulk of the work, from assessment to drying out to repairing the damage. I’d recommend them if you have the unfortunate need for a company in that business. From my first call to them through our final handshake they were professional, responsive, and good to work with. The leak damaged not only our condo, but parts of two others. Intensa Dry worked very well with me to coordinate repairs to all three units and keep my neighbors happy. They worked with my insurance company to help with my claim. I hope I don’t need this type of service again, but they will be top of my list if I do.
