My washer leaked into my hallway, foyer, child's room, and even the kitchen. I reached out to Intensa Dry around 8 pm and Elnard was willing and able to come immediately! (I scheduled it for the morning as the children were already asleep). Elnard arrived 15 minutes early and walked me through all the different areas in my home that were showing water, much more than I had originally thought. He immediately started working on my home and came back over the following days to ensure our home was completely dry and my family was safe from any additional concerns that may arise from the water damage such as mold. Excellent communication, excellent response time, and as a REALTOR I plan on referring my clients should they ever experience water damage in their homes. Update 8/17/23: My house is completely restored and Elnard did an amazing job making sure my family and I were taken care of. From dealing with insurance adjusters to locating exact matches for trim pieces in our home.
