We had a pipe back up at 8pm on a weekday, flooding our home — absolute nightmare. Intesa Dry stepped in right away. Bobby arrived within 30 minutes and got fans and mitigation going immediately. To make things even more stressful, we were leaving for vacation in two days, but both Bobby and the owner, Elnard, kept in constant contact while we were gone, sending updates and photos so we never felt out of the loop. When we got back, Elnard even helped us find a contractor to repair the drywall and flooring. I truly hope we never face water damage again, but if we do, I wouldn’t call anyone else. Highly recommend Intesa Dry.
