5 stars. I had a washing machine drain leak that caused water damage, and Intensa Dry responded very quickly to the emergency. They got the mitigation started right away and did a great job drying and addressing the affected areas.
Special thanks to Luis, the lead technician, who did a great job helping mitigate the issue and clearly explaining the next steps throughout the process.
They also handled the rebuild afterward, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. The entire process, from the initial emergency response through mitigation and reconstruction, went smoothly. Communication was clear, the work was professional, and everything was completed successfully.
