As a plumber, I’ve worked alongside several restoration companies over the years, and Intensa Dry Restoration stands out. They respond fast, communicate clearly, and treat the homeowners with real care. I recently referred them to a client in Frisco who had water damage from a washing machine leak, and they handled the mitigation and repairs professionally from start to finish. Great team and always a pleasure to work with.

I was referred to IntensaDry by my plumber after a leak in my wall caused a mold problem in my closet! Arturo came same-day to my house in east Dallas to inspect the damage and give me a quote - and they were great about working with me on price. We were able to agree on a reasonable price for remediation + repair and they got started first thing the next day. I am so glad that these people are here when I needed them. Jacob was pleasent and came within the hour to address our flood crisis. He was professional , assuring and ablsolutly got right to work on remidiating the water issue. He even got a plumber out to our home within an hour and this was at 10 pm! I highly recommend this company and will keep there contact close at hand. I wish I had found them sooner and could have avoided the headaches with our previous water fiascos.

The Intensa Dry team was professional, kind, extremely capable, and they each did an excellent job helping us when our pipe burst. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and they showed up within an hour to the Arlington area to help us with our emergency to immediately begin mitigation of the damage. They helped us improve our home during the restoration process. We were pleasantly satisfied during what was an extremely stressful time for us. And after living in temporary housing for two months, I came back to a beautiful house. There is nothing I would change.

I had water damage from a leak in the attic. It was late in the evening but when I called Jacob he showed up right away to diagnose and walk me through the process. Both project managers Jacob & John truly cared and cleaned up the water damage with great attention to detail using their industry grade equipment. They came back several days in a row to check the moisture until the meters confirmed the area was completely dry. I am still working with them on the reconstruction of my ceiling but both of them have been amazing and are people you can trust. Thank you gentlemen!

Intensa dry services has done a great job assisting me with water restoration services. They responded quickly to my request for services, provided a detailed quote the next day and started services quickly. They also charged a reasonable price and were very patient with myself and elderly mother and grandmother. The project managers John and Jacob provided great customer service. My plumber recommended Intensa Dry to cleanup the water after water heater flooded three rooms. John, the technician arrived at my house quick, just before midnight. He was professional and quick. He cleaned up all the water on the floor, set up drying equipment and helped me file an insurance claim. Throughout the job he was constantly updating me and dealing with my insurance company. I will definitely be using them in the future!

My washer leaked into my hallway, foyer, child's room, and even the kitchen. I reached out to Intensa Dry around 8 pm and Elnard was willing and able to come immediately! (I scheduled it for the morning as the children were already asleep). Elnard arrived 15 minutes early and walked me through all the different areas in my home that were showing water, much more than I had originally thought. He immediately started working on my home and came back over the following days to ensure our home was completely dry and my family was safe from any additional concerns that may arise from the water damage such as mold. Update 8/17/23: My house is completely restored and Elnard did an amazing job making sure my family and I were taken care of.
