As a plumber, I’ve worked alongside several restoration companies over the years, and Intensa Dry Restoration stands out. They respond fast, communicate clearly, and treat the homeowners with real care. I recently referred them to a client in Frisco who had water damage from a washing machine leak, and they handled the mitigation and repairs professionally from start to finish. Great team and always a pleasure to work with.
I was referred to IntensaDry by my plumber after a leak in my wall caused a mold problem in my closet! Arturo came same-day to my house in east Dallas to inspect the damage and give me a quote - and they were great about working with me on price. We were able to agree on a reasonable price for remediation + repair and they got started first thing the next day. Since it was a smaller project they were done in 2 days and I am very happy with the results. Before & After pictures attached. Katy, Arturo and Ruben were all friendly, kind and helpful. I will definitely call IntensaDry again for any issues that arise!

Elnard with Intensa Dry was absolutely outstanding! He came in after another company had done a poor job with the mitigation, and not only did he handle the reconstruction beautifully, but he also went above and beyond by helping us work with our insurance to get supplemental items covered. Elnard was honest, professional, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. It's rare to find someone this dedicated and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Intensa Dry if you want the job done right!
I am so glad that these people are here when I needed them. Jacob was pleasent and came within the hour to address our flood crisis. He was professional , assuring and ablsolutly got right to work on remidiating the water issue. He even got a plumber out to our home within an hour and this was at 10 pm! I highly recommend this company and will keep there contact close at hand. I wish I had found them sooner and could have avoided the headaches with our previous water fiascos.
He does an excellent job, managing his time efficiently while ensuring the work is completed thoroughly.
The Intensa Dry team was professional, kind, extremely capable, and they each did an excellent job helping us when our pipe burst. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and they showed up within an hour to the Arlington area to help us with our emergency to immediately begin mitigation of the damage. They helped us improve our home during the restoration process. We were pleasantly satisfied during what was an extremely stressful time for us. We especially appreciated John and Ruben for their exceptional skills, as well as Eric for his communication and assistance!
Intense Dry was absolutely amazing. My entire downstairs was flooded. The situation was overwhelming. From the moment I called them, I knew I was in good hands. They worked with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered. What wasn't covered, they worked with me on pricing. And after living in temporary housing for two months, I came back to a beautiful house. There is nothing I would change.
